It is not operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the property, its management company, Greystar, or Landsby. All listings and messages are created by residents, and 210 Market is solely responsible for the operation of this site.
210 Market is operated by Jaewon Lee as an individual, not a business. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the Platform, how it is used, and what choices you have. It applies only to this Platform and not to any third-party services you may encounter.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and your chosen display name (first name and last initial). Providing a phone number is optional. You may also provide a brief profile bio; all of this is voluntary beyond what is required for access.
Residency verification details. To confirm you live in the community, we collect the invite code you redeemed and the unit number you claimed at the time of sign-up. No documents are requested or stored. This information is used solely to verify eligibility and is not shared with other residents.
Listings and photos. When you post a listing, we collect the title, description, price, condition, category, and any photos you upload. This content is visible to other verified residents of the community.
Messages.When you send a message through the Platform’s contact relay, we store the message content so it can be delivered. The relay does not expose your email address to other residents directly; messages are routed through our email system.
Technical metadata.When a contact message is sent, we record the sender’s IP address and user agent string alongside the message for abuse prevention purposes. We may also collect basic server logs (timestamps, request paths, error codes) as part of normal infrastructure operation.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and maintain your account and provide access to the Platform.
- Verify that you are a current resident of the community before granting access.
- Display your listings to other verified residents and facilitate connections between buyers and sellers.
- Deliver messages and transactional email notifications (such as “someone messaged you about your listing”).
- Detect and prevent abuse, spam, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- Respond to your support requests and inquiries.
We do not sell your information. We do not share, rent, or sell your personal data to any third party for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose.
3. Service Providers & Data Storage
To operate the Platform, we rely on the following third-party service providers. These providers process your data only to the extent necessary to provide their services to us and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
- Supabase— database, authentication, and file storage. Your account data, listings, messages, verification records, and uploaded photos are stored on Supabase infrastructure.
- Resend— transactional email delivery. Resend is used to send magic-link sign-in emails, listing-contact notifications, and other system emails on behalf of the Platform.
We do not currently use analytics services, advertising networks, or social media trackers.
4. What Other Residents Can See
Other verified residents of the community can see your display name (first name and last initial) and your listings, including listing photos and descriptions.
Your full unit number, email address, phone number (if provided), and residency-verification details are not visible to other residents. The contact system relays messages without disclosing your email address.
5. Retention & Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Platform. If you move out of the community, your account may be suspended, but your data is not automatically deleted immediately.
You may request a copy of your personal data or ask that it be deleted by emailing jaewonlee031@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and will delete or anonymize your data unless we are required to retain it for abuse-prevention or legal reasons.
6. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Data at rest is protected by Supabase’s infrastructure-level encryption and row-level security policies.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
210 Market is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account, we will terminate that account.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
