It is not operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the property, its management company, Greystar, or Landsby. All listings and messages are created by residents, and 210 Market is solely responsible for the operation of this site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 210 Market(the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Eligibility. The Platform is available exclusively to current residents of the apartment community who have been granted access via an invite code issued by the operator, Jaewon Lee. By using the Platform, you represent that you are a verified resident and are at least 18 years of age. Access is by invite code only and is not open to the general public.
The operator reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Account Responsibilities
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with anyone.
- Maintain only one account per resident.
- Not share, transfer, sell, or distribute your invite code to any person who is not a current resident of the community.
- Notify 210 Market promptly at jaewonlee031@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
210 Market is a community marketplace for buying, selling, and giving away everyday household goods and personal items among neighbors. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Listing or offering illegal items or services of any kind.
- Listing recalled, unsafe, or prohibited goods, including but not limited to weapons (firearms, ammunition, explosives, knives sold as weapons), controlled substances, prescription drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or any item whose sale requires a government license or permit.
- Harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive conduct toward any other user, whether in listings, messages, or elsewhere on the Platform.
- Spam, phishing, deceptive listings, impersonation, or any form of fraud or scam.
- Using the Platform to solicit business from or advertise to residents on behalf of an outside business, organization, or commercial entity.
- Attempting to circumvent any access controls, security measures, or the invite-only nature of the Platform.
- Any use that violates applicable local, state, or federal law, including the laws of the State of Texas.
Violations may result in immediate removal of listings and suspension or termination of your account.
4. Listings & Transactions
210 Market is a venue only. The Platform provides a space for residents to post listings and connect with one another. All transactions are conducted directly and exclusively between the buying and selling residents.
The operator, Jaewon Lee, is not a party to any transaction. The operator does not vet, inspect, or verify items listed, does not take any commission or fee, and does not provide escrow, payment processing, shipping, delivery, insurance, or any guarantee regarding items listed, their condition, authenticity, or safety.
You transact entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for arranging meetups, agreeing on price, and completing any exchange with the other resident. The operator strongly encourages meetups in common areas of the building and cautions against sharing personal contact information beyond what is needed to complete a transaction.
By posting a listing, you represent that you have the legal right to sell or give away the item, that the item is accurately described, and that it is not prohibited under these Terms or applicable law.
5. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The operator does not warrant that the Platform will be available at any particular time, that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that any content posted by users is accurate, complete, or lawful. The operator does not verify the identity of any user beyond the residency-verification process described in the onboarding flow, and makes no representation that other users are who they claim to be.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY TRANSACTION CONDUCTED THROUGH IT.
Without limiting the foregoing, the operator is not liable for: disputes between residents; the condition, safety, or title of any item bought, sold, or given away; personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from any meetup, exchange, or transaction between residents; or any content posted by users.
In no event shall the operator’s total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform exceed United States Dollars $100.00 (USD), regardless of the theory of liability asserted.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jaewon Leefrom and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: your use of or access to the Platform; your listings or transactions conducted through the Platform; your violation of these Terms; or your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
8. Moderation & Termination
The operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove any listing that violates these Terms or that the operator deems inappropriate for the community marketplace.
The operator may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, conduct that harms other residents, or if you no longer reside in the community. Termination does not affect any liability you may have incurred prior to termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
The operator may revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be updated. Significant changes may be communicated via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
